BOOKING CONDITIONS

From January 1, 2019 some of our packages have been changed in content. A price change has also been made which is mainly motivated by the new VAT rate. The content of packages booked in 2018 for the year 2019 will remain the same. However, prices will be increased in accordence with the VAT increase and the price increase (CBS Consumentenprijsindexcijfer).

Your reservation will be held for you until 12:00 on the day after your scheduled arrival date. You can cancel your reservation up to, but not later than, five days before the scheduled arrival date. If you book within 5 days of arrival, the reservation is definite and cannot be cancelled. We charge the total value for each room and/or Package that is canceled within 5 days. All packages are based on a two-person occupancy. Reservations are exclusive tourist/local taxes. Posthoorn reserves the right to change prices at any time and adjust your booking accordingly.

Pets are only allowed after consultation. We will charge extra cleaning costs. Smoking is not allowed in Hotel Restaurant Posthoorn. We consider our hotel and restaurant less suitable for children under 8 years.

* Posthoorn has a small private car park with limited spaces for our guests. If you want to be assured of a parking place please make a car park reservation after you have completed your hotel booking. You can access the car park only with your hotel room key. Please drive your car to our front entrance where you can easily drop off your luggage and we can start the check in process and provide you with your hotel key which grants you access to the parking and back entrance. Note: If you park in the public area surrounding Posthoorn there is a weekly market on Saturday morning and it is prohibited to park your car on Friday night in the first part of the Noordeinde (till the Molenstraat). If you park on our parking place it is not allowed to leave the premises between 23:00 to 7:00 a.m. This due to Municipal Regulation on our car park (with the exception of emergency).
